Other ways to help

Charitable trusts and foundations

If you are a trustee of a charitable trust or foundation find out how you could support our vital work for our community hospitals.

Tax free giving through your pay

Make a regular donation to 'Love your hospital' from your salary - it's the most cost effective way of giving...

Regular donations are vital to fund our work, and by donating through payroll giving you can make your money go even further. Your employer will deduct your donation from your salary each week or month, before tax is taken. And because tax has not been deducted your donation will be worth an extra 20% as a standard rate tax payer.

This means that for every £1 you give, we will receive an extra 20p. So a donation of £10 per month would actually cost you just £8.00.

Payroll giving is available to everyone who pays UK income tax and who is employed by a UK organisation.

Getting married? Wedding donations

By the time most couples have tied the knot today many have often been living together for some time. So what do you give a couple that has everything? How about remembering a loved one who won't be there to celebrate the day with them by allowing guests to contribute say £50 to 'Love your hospital'.

A gift in memory

A special way to commemorate the life of a friend or loved one. In memory gifts can be arranged through funeral directors or direct to 'Love your hospital'. All donations, no matter how small, are gratefully received.

The Blueprint Design Company Limited

We actively support the charity on a number of fronts and we do it willingly, having all benefited and used our local hospitals. And yes we do have our own interest at heart... First, given the national statistic a man has a 1 in 4 chance of suffering a critical illness before retirement age and a woman has a 1 in 5 chance. We're pretty keen that they have the very best for our friends and family.

Secondly, It's nice to know that through the charity, we can give money that would otherwise go to the taxman and say how we would like it spent, for the benefit of the local community and friends and family alike.
